Housing for this event is on your own. BCI will provide access to reserved room blocks at several local hotels and motels, or you may choose your own lodging option.
A catered lunch on campus is included with your tuition each day along with a festive welcoming reception. Evenings will be on your own with optional opportunities to dine and socialize together and explore Berkshire County. For lunches, vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options are available by request.
This venue requires a light amount of walking. Walking distances between parking and venues are approximately. 0.2 mile on paved pathways, one with a gentle incline. Buildings meet ADA accessibility standards.
Travel to Lenox is not included. The Berkshires can be reached by both Albany International Airport or Hartford’s Bradley International. A car or arrangements to carpool with other singers is strongly suggested for this program as taxis and rideshares are mostly unavailable in The Berkshires.
